Structured Laser Light (SLL) is a technique for projecting a known pattern of pixels (singular line, horizontal lines, crosshair, grid) onto an object. The way that these deform when striking surfaces allows vision systems to calculate the depth and surface information of the objects. The speed of data capture is the primary advantage of structured light scanners as they record multiple points at the same time and in the machine vision industry, they are ideal for high-speed inspection or 3D measurements.
OL-LE, OL-LF and OL-LG Series has been designed to deliver outstanding wavelength stability and thermal management in even the most challenging operating environments. The RS485 intelligent control and monitoring interface provides ease of integration and in-service system function monitoring. The laser module’s design also incorporates integral thermal management providing exceptional output wavelength stabilization and enhancing diode life by controlling output power and maintaining consistent power levels.
OL-LE Series
The OL-LE Series is a laser module with a 20mm diameter aluminium housing. This laser can be equipped with different diffractive optics to project sharp dot, line, multiline, cross, grids or special patterns.
OL-LF Series
The OL-LF series comprises 20mm diameter laser modules in an anodized aluminum body. These lasers are reverse polarity protected, transient protected and highly resistant to vibration.
OL-LG Series
The OL-LG series consists of laser modules that complement the features of the OL-LE and OL-LF series by adding the ability to change the laser focus manually or electrically.
