Deutsch The OL-SA product is a profiler composed of a scanning head capable of scanning any surface in 2 dimensions. This head can be installed on the edge of the line or inside the line.
It is typically used for all applications where there is a need to control the flatness of a surface or bend angles or defects.
The system can interface with your systems and allow you to compare the measured product with a file you have.
Through a simple open contact input you can start or end the scan.
Our software allows you to create a "point cloud" type file that allows you to import the instrument reading into your systems.
An isolated open contact output is available so that it can be programmed according to each customer's need (e.g., scan started-scan finished; system ready, etc.).

The software provided will run in a windows environment on your machine. Through this SW it will be possible to view and save the scans made for later processing through a CAD program. The software has a simple inter-user interface and does not require any specific optical measurement skills.
